Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

We spend a good portion of our day talking. We talk to the CEO of the software company who needs to upsize his office space, we talk to the woman who wants retail space to open a hair salon and has no idea where to start, we talk to the owner of the warehousing company who needs 10,000 sq ft of industrial property…yesterday, we talk to the Realtor with a client that needs a 400 sq ft space…a 1,000 sq ft space…a 15,000 sq ft space… Yes, we do a lot of talking.

Ultimately though, all of our conversations usually end the same way, “What’s your email address, I’ll send you the full color info package for that property.” Why? Because they all want to see the property before they ever step outside their office for a showing. Purchasers and tenants, especially when it comes to commercial real estate, want to save as much time as possible. And, to be honest, so do we.

Pictures are a great tool for elimination. Once the landscaping company owner looking for 2,000 sq ft flex space looks at the picture of the islands in the parking lot of the property he’ll know his trailers won’t fit so he’s on to the next space without ever having to get out of his chair; or his truck if he has an iPhone, Blackberry or some other full featured cell phone. He’s on to the next space to try to eliminate another trip to a property that won’t suit his needs.

Works great for us, too. All of this elimination of Wrongs frees us up to reach more prospective purchasers and tenants for our sellers and find the Right match for their warehouse, office, restaurant, etc.

Recently we’ve taken it one technological step further. We’ve started posting Virtual Tours on YouTube and the Virtual Tour page on our website. We started with Daytona Beach Office Properties, Retail Shopping Center Investment and Automotive Business Opportunity and Property.

We’re still working the kinks out design-wise, but reaching more people, with more pictures, eliminating more Wrongs, gets us to those Rights that much sooner.
