Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

Some people are content to go along the same way they always have, 'business as usual'. I'm not one of those people. I'm always looking for new and innovative ways to be a more effective commercial real estate broker, to bring more to the table and offer more services than that other guy. I recently found an opportunity to do just that and I jumped in with both feet.

We have known for years that focusing our marketing efforts solely in the Daytona Beach area is too limiting. Ron and I have been extending our marketing across the country to reach more potential purchasers and tenants. After years in the business we have built a network of contacts that reaches across the USA, but I am always looking for more.

In July I found my next marketing advantage. I have completed the required courses for the designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) awarded by the National Association of Realtors. After being educated on the special problems in international transactions including possible cultural and historical issues, and the particulars of marketing to other regions of the world, I am prepared to take on the world...of commercial real estate.

I am a member of The International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA), an alliance whose members are leading national real estate organizations in the world's major markets including:
ARGENTINA
AUSTRALIA
BAHAMAS
BELIZE
BRAZIL
CANADA
COSTA RICA
CZECH REPUBLIC
DENMARK
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
FINLAND
FRANCE
GERMANY
GREECE
HONDURAS
INDIA
IRELAND
ITALY
LATVIA
MEXICO
NETHERLANDS
NEW ZEALAND
NICARAGUA
NORWAY
PANAMA
POLAND
PORTUGAL
RUSSIA
SOUTH AFRICA
SPAIN
SWEDEN
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
UNITED KINGDOM
UNITED STATES
VENEZUELA

I am also now Transnational Referral Certified, meaning, I am qualified to provide quality service to buyers and sellers with international property interests.

I have a trip to Peru coming up and I have three meetings with CIPS' (Certified International Property Specialist) in Lima scheduled so far. While others may be, 'business as usual', I am very excited about the expansion of my commercial real estate business, the level of service I offer, and the future of the Daytona Beach commercial real estate market.
