Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

We have been asked on more than one occasion what the 'Secret' to our success is. Granted, most of the time this question is asked tongue-in-cheek by one of our associates here at Prudential CRES Commercial, but it got me thinking about how we are still busy in the face of a declining market.

There are a number of reasons why we're still working hard at selling commercial real estate but probably the number one reason is that we do work hard. Oh sure, we play golf most Friday afternoons and we head out to lunch around 11:30 am most days, but don't think for a minute that we're not working. We are always connecting with business people whether it's on the golf course, at the yacht club or in the office. Since our business is putting the right buyers and sellers, and lessors and lessees together staying in tune with what's going on with the area's businesses is critical to our success.

If it looks like we’re just kicking back and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine it’s because we love what we do, and we've been in the commercial real estate business a long time so making deals happen just comes naturally.
