Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

We are entering a new commercial real estate market in the Daytona Beach area. As in nature, there is an ebb and tide to real estate. Where in the past we enjoyed the rewards of the very high tide, we now are experiencing the ebb of a slower market with lowering prices. While we, too, are watching our own property values decline we know that the tide will rise again if we are able to ride the storm.

What inevitably comes with the ebb are circumstances for which riding the storm is not possible. Recently we have begun to see short sales and foreclosures in the commercial real estate market. We have also seen creative action taken in order to avoid such drastic events.

For those who have money to invest the ebb offers great purchasing opportunities. There are pros and cons to everything and the pro in this new market is the fantastic deals that will be made.
