Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

The majority of shoppers today, from Stay-at-home Moms to CEOs of large corporations, are technologically savvy enough to power on their computers, open a browser window and type in a search engine. And, most people logon and shop at least a few times a week, if not every day.

 

 

Shopping has become a form of entertainment for many. Not only does online shopping offer near instantaneous results, it also allows comparison shopping opportunities not available in print media. And that, my friends, is one of the main attractions.

 

While these folks are doing their comparison shopping they are also clicking through to receive more information and photos. More information, pretty pictures and a link to contact someone who will answer their questions...print media just can’t compete with this.

 

To stay competitive Commercial Real Estate professionals must evolve from the old standard of Sunday Newspaper Ads. Online is the new marketplace and, contrary to many Realtors’ idea of how to capture potential purchasers, the more property information and pictures provided the more contacts you receive.
