Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

The market seems to have it’s ups and downs lately. Some days our phones are ringing quite a bit and others it is very quiet. The majority of the inquiries we are receiving now are for large industrial warehouses and large office suites for lease. We recently leased 10,000 Sq. Ft. of office space in Downtown Daytona and are in negotiations for a 10,000 Sq. Ft. office suite near I-95 and 30,000 Sq. Ft. We are also in negotiations for the sale of a 9,000 Sq. Ft. of Industrial Warehouse property. 

Even though many are struggling with the current state of the commercial real estate market we are still going strong. We were just awarded 1^st Place for the 2^nd Quarter 2008 from Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate D.B. and 3rd Place in Florida from Prudential National. Not only have we been exploring creative marketing avenues, we still use the tried and true method of networking with the vast amount of contacts in various professional industries we have made over the years.
