Recently Listed/Reduced Commercial Properties

While it is true that the Daytona Beach area commercial real estate market is not experiencing the price increase boom that it was, the turn of the economy is proving to be a good thing for those who have to money to take advantage of the many ‘deals’ that are on the market now.

Where before, property owners would price high in anticipation of the market increase, today the opposite is true. Many of today’s sellers are pricing for the market, or in some cases, below market to facilitate a rapid sale.

Another trend that’s gaining popularity is Owner Financing. Since many small businesses are finding it more difficult to obtain financing the owner financing option does offer an attractive advantage.

This new commercial market is becoming a place where, “Make Me an Offer,” is the new battle cry and those with cash in hand can clean up.
