Locally, for advertised Multi-Family properties in Daytona Beach, there were 14 sales in the last three months. 13 of those sold for under $200,000.

Other advertised property sales for the same time period within the entire Daytona Beach Area shows 6 office sales, 5 retail sales, 1 industrial sale and 2 land sales. Of those sales one retail and one land sale were a multi-parcel sale.

We follow leaders in the commercial real estate information field such as CoStar, RetailTraffic and REALTOR and pass along (retweet) only the information that may impact our local commercial market and filter out the rest.

We also pass along seminars and webinars for small business owners, shopping center owners, industrial property owners, and business owner interested in saving money and 'going green'.
